Overview

In addition to automated reports, OnTheClock offers additional report formats, including:

  • Attendance
  • Vertical Totals
  • Hour Totals by Job and Department
  • Time Card Notes
  • Audit Log

Setup

  1. Step 1: Log in as an administrator or manager via browser.
  2. Step 2: Navigate to “Time Cards .
  3. Step 3: Click “More (next to the “Options” box).
  4. Step 4: Check your Export and Print options.
  5. Step 5: Select the report you’d like to run.

What to Expect

Once you download the desired report you can save it to a file on your computer. All downloads are CSV files but you can save them in a format that works for you. If you do not have Excel you can download files and import them into google sheets.
