Andrea is an office manager for Village Vision Care. The company provides optometry services at four locations, two located in Michigan and two in Ohio. They partner with Costco to provide routine eye exam care and have successfully reached their max optimization in scheduling and offering two lanes for exams to be permed in all locations.

    Village vision care had just acquired two new locations. The employee base had been pretty small before expansion so management of hours was all on the honor system. They were writing out their timesheets. The company wanted to offer paid time off as they began to expand and they needed a system that would offer paid time off management.

    As an office manager Andrea has to make sure that time cards get turned over to payroll to be processed. Relying on handwritten timesheets was increasing the risk for human error in hours worked.
