Transfer Employees Between OnTheClock Accounts

Overview

You can reach out to support via Phone, LiveChat, or E-mail if you need employee(s) transferred from one OnTheClock account to another. The account holder or administrator on the account that the employees are being transferred from needs to be the one to reach out to OnTheClock about having employees transferred out of their account.

Transfer Employees Between Your OnTheClock Accounts

What we will need from you:

  • Name of the employee(s) that are to be transferred
  • Account PIN that the Employee(s) are transferring from
  • Account PIN that the Employee(s) will be transferred to

Example: 

Employee: John Smith

Transfer From Account: 1-234-567

Transfer To Account: 1-987-654

Transfer Employees Between OnTheClock Accounts That Have Different Account Holders

What we need from the account holder that the employees are being transferred from:

  • Name of the employee(s)
  • Account PIN that the Employee(s) are transferring from
  • Account PIN that the Employee(s) will be transferred to
  • If emailing, a written document or email coming from the account holder that they are allowing the transfer of employees from their OnTheClock account to another OnTheClock account. It needs to include the name of the employees that are to be transferred, as well as the OnTheClock account PINs that the employees are moving From and To. 

Example: 

Subject: Transfer Employees

I, Tim Jones, the account owner of ABC Inc., allow the employees listed below, to be transferred from my account, and moved to the account listed below. 

Employee: John Smith

Transfer From Account: 1-234-567

Transfer To Account: 1-987-654
