Overview

Having this feature enabled will make it so an employee cannot access the clock in and out button at all when logging in with their username and password.

Setup

On a Browser

  1. Step 1: Log in as the administrator or manager.
  2. Step 2: Navigate to the "Employees" section.
  3. Step 3: Select the specific employee you want to modify.
  4. Step 4: Within the employee's profile, go to the "General" tab.
  5. Step 5: Under "Additional Options," locate the "Allow Clock In/Out" option.
  6. Step 6: Toggle the switch to turn "Allow Clock In/Out" to the green position.
  7. Step 7: Save the settings by clicking the "Save Settings" button.

What to Expect

Once the feature is turned on, your employee will no longer be able to create a clock in or out for the day. They will only be able to view time cards, submit PTO requests, and view their schedules.
